Talia joined the TNRC in 2019 as a research assistant while completing her degree in Behavioral Neuroscience and Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies at Northeastern University. Following her graduation, she was brought on full-time as a research coordinator until she started medical school at UMass Chan Medical School in 2021. Since then, Talia occasionally assists in the lab between semesters and is working on her capstone project on sex hormones and multiple sclerosis with the TNRC and Dr. Chitnis.
