Oluwasinmisola “Sinmi” Opeyemi, MD, MS

Clinical Research Fellow

My name is Sinmi Opeyemi, and I’m excited to join the MGB Multiple Sclerosis/Neuro-immunology Fellowship program as a Sylvia Lawry Fellow. I was born in Nigeria and lived briefly in South Africa before moving to the United States. I attended medical school at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, after which I completed adult neurology training at Mass General Brigham/Harvard, where I served as Chief Resident. I look forward to contributing to clinical and research innovations that will improve the lives of those affected by multiple sclerosis. Outside the hospital, I enjoy playing tennis, reading a wide range of books, and exploring new restaurants in the city.
