Rich grew up in the Boston area. He attended undergrad at Providence College, medical school at Albany Medical College, and then completed neurology residency training at Boston University Medical Center where he served as chief resident in education and recruitment.  He is joining as an MS and Neuroimmunology fellow with interest in an academic career focused on clinical research, clinical trials, and medical education. In addition to MS, he is also interested in autoimmune neurologic diseases and inpatient neurology. In his free time he enjoys exercise, video games, golf, learning Italian (wife's first language), getting drinks with friends, and spending time with his wife and two French bulldogs.
